We’re not your typical physical therapy clinic. We’re a cash-based practice that values the importance of a 1-on-1 patient experience. Our approach combines manual therapy with functional movement, incorporating dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells to help our patients reset, reload, and perform at their best. We specialize in orthopedics injuries & pelvic floor dysfunction. We are currently looking for an individual with pelvic floor experience.

Role Responsibilities
As a Staff Physical Therapist at Delta Physio, you’ll be a key player in our mission to help patients move beyond pain and symptoms to perform at their best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a world-class patient experience with one-on-one care.
- Working primarily with patients with pelvic floor and / or orthopedic injuries who are active adults & weekend warriors including runners, CrossFit Athletes, boot camp goers and more!
- Evaluating and treating patients within our clinic.
- Completing all documentation within our EMR.
- Responding to patient emails within 24 business hours.
- Sending handwritten thank you notes to new patients.
- Updating patient Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) within 24 hours of their appointments using our clinic app.
- Participate in weekly team meetings & weekly mentoring sessions with clinic owner
- Participate in & lead community events & workshops
To be successful, you should possess the following:
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy.
- A valid North Carolina license.
- Experience with running & gait analysis.
- Experience working with an active population including CrossFit athletes, bootcamp athletes & runners.
- A wholistic approach to where you look beyond the injury at the whole body in addition to movement mechanics & lifestyle.
- A priority for your own health & fitness.
- Confidence in your skills and the ability to get patients better.
- A passion for promoting the value of physical therapy and discussing it with patients.
- The ability to match patients' personalities and energy in order to create a personal connection with each patient
- Dry needling training preferred but not required
- Training in internal pelvic floor assessment & treatment if applying for pelvic floor PT position
